Return & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you can submit your return request to service@selfmoment.com. We will assist you with full return processing.

For returns not due to quality issues, a 20–50% restocking fee (based on actual condition) may be charged and deducted from your refund.
Yes, you may absolutely use your own return label. However, please contact our customer service for approval and the correct return address before sending items back. Unauthorized returns will be declined. Selfmoment assumes no liability for lost shipments.
The following items are returnable: Standard-size dresses (except final sale dresses). You can check the return eligibility of an item in the "Return Policy" section on its product page or on the order details page.

Shipping & Delivery
1. You can log in to our website with your email and track your order status in "My Orders" if you placed the order under your registered account.
2. If the order was placed without signing in, you can use the "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please follow these steps:
1) Go to our website and click "Order Status".
2) Enter your order number and email address to see your order details.
Please contact our Customer Service and send your new shipping address.

1. If you wish to ship your order to a different country, extra shipping fee may occur.
2. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.

Total Delivery Time = Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Payment Methods & Coupons
We accept payment via all major Credit Cards and PayPal. Additionally, we offer installment payment options such as Afterpay. For specific payment methods, please refer to "Payment Methods".
Selfmoment coupons have different expiration dates, you can check on promotion page.
You can either manually enter the code when you check out. Each coupon comes with specific usage conditions and expiration details, which can be viewed on promotion page.
If the code is not working, please ensure that it is not expired or does not meet the specified conditions. If the coupon is still valid and you are experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service for further assistance.
How do I place an order?
To place your order:
1. Add the desired item and quantity to your cart.
2. Click the shopping cart icon.
3. Review your order and click "CHECKOUT".
4. Checkout as Guest or Sign In to place the order.
5. Confirm your order details, click "PLACE ORDER".

Before shipment, there is a limited timeframe for order cancellations.
- Ready-Made Items: Kindly submit your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing the order on the order details page.
- Made-To-Order Items: To ensure you receive a full refund, please make sure to submit your cancellation request on the order details page within 24 hours of order confirmation. Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for a full refund.
Note: Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For more details, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy.
Please contact our customer service team. They will review the order status and give a response within 12 hours. For further details, please refer to our “Order Cancellation Policy”.
- Ready-Made Items: Kindly contact us and submit your cancellation request within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Made-To-Order Items: To avoid charges, please ensure to submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order on the order details page. Requests made after this time frame may result in additional charges.
Note: Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

Changing your details in your selfmoment account is fast and easy. Once you log into your account you can:
